All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

We use trusted third-party carriers through our fulfillment partner to ship your order.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
At this time, not all orders qualify for free shipping.

We do ship to PO Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses, when supported by the carrier
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
❗ Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order appears delayed or missing:

Please allow sufficient time for delivery based on the estimated shipping window

If the tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first
If the package is confirmed lost and the correct shipping address was provided, we will typically reship your order at no additional cost.
Soul Vitamins is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned or lost, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
